Warrior Upper-Body and Abs Challenge
Get up everyone — it's time for a fitness challenge! We are going to work your upper body and abdominals using only three basic (but effective!) exercises. You will need only two things for this body-weight series: a pull-up bar and your muscles.
Be sure to warm up first, then complete the series of exercises a total of 3-5 times. Don’t forget to stretch when you're done!
