Step Up to a Perkier Butt

Who doesn't want a FIRMer, perkier rear end and stronger, more toned legs? I know I do, so I've created a high-energy workout for you that shapes muscles and burns calories. This interval routine includes lower-body exercises with The Step® and a barbell, but you can also use a flat surface and hand weights. Do the nine-minute workout just once or up to three times for a longer workout. Don't forget to warm up beforehand and cool down and stretch afterwards!
