30-second core cardio drills from The FIRM

This seven-minute, self-paced workout is a combination of 30-second cardio drills at moderate intensity and high-intensity mini-bursts, all focused on toning and strengthening your core muscles. You can use a weighted toning ball or do the entire routine equipment-free.
Do a 3-minute warm up before starting and don't forgot to cool down and stretch when you're done!
