15-minute full-body workout from The FIRM
Ever find yourself ready to sweat but short on time or without equipment? If so, this is the workout for you. It's quick and easy and the only equipment required is your bodyweight and a TransFIRMer or other step! This full-body workout will hit your upper and lower body, your core, as well as some cardio intervals. Warm up first and be sure to cool down and stretch when you are finished.
